Refund & Replacement Policy

- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your order for free within 2 hours of placing it.
- After 2 Hours: Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help with a free replacement. You’re eligible for a replacement if:
- Your product arrives damaged or defective.
- Your item is lost in transit.
- You receive the wrong item.
How to request a replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share an unboxing video clearly showing the unopened parcel and intact packaging.
Please note:
- We can’t process replacements without the unboxing video. This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
- Minor color variations (due to screen differences) are not covered.
- Items ordered by mistake or simply disliked are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Custom or personalized products can only be replaced if they are defective. Print quality depends on the image you provide.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds, but verified defects do qualify for free replacement.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues.
3. Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are only available for prepaid orders, and only if your replacement is also damaged or defective.
- Processing: If you qualify, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Delivery Issues
- If your address is incorrect or incomplete, or if your order is returned due to address issues or refusal, you’ll need to pay for redelivery.
- If you reschedule delivery more than twice, your order will be returned to us. Reshipping fees will apply.
